      4. 遠傳電信「遠傳超4代易付卡」資費案用戶辦理程序：一般社會大眾至遠傳電信門市申辦，需檢付雙證及符合一證一號限制。
      5. 遠傳電信「遠傳超4代易付卡」適用現行預付卡退費機制：預付卡門號自開通及每次儲值日起六個月內有效，有效期限屆滿，門號將收回，若有未使用之餘額（不含贈送額度），客戶得向遠傳電信辦理餘額轉入其名下任一門號手續，如客戶未持有遠傳電信其他門號，得向遠傳電信依個案辦理餘額之退轉作業（例如：轉入第三人名下之門號或退費）。但超過有效期限六個月後，本公司得酌收該未使用餘額之保管費，直至餘額扣抵完畢為止。
      6. 遠傳電信「遠傳超4代易付卡」提供通信費儲值服務，儲值金額分為300元、500元及1000元三種，單一門號之儲值上限為5000元。
      7. 遠傳電信「遠傳超4代易付卡」僅限國內使用，使用行動上網時需將APN設為internet。行動上網為4G基本服務，無需申請即可使用。
      8. 行動通信品質隨地形/氣候/建物遮蔽/使用人數/地點等因素影響，如無法支援4G行動寬頻將轉為3G或GPRS。

      You can recharge your credit amount by FET store/KIOSK/Convenient stores, or you may dial 777 directly from your mobile phone, and follow the voice intruction. As of now, there are 3 types of credit amounts NT$300, NT$500 and NT$1,000.
